My name is Hooman Askari. I am a web designer/developer living in Iran.
I started designing, in 2002 by learning 3Ds Max 4.2, then I learnt photoshop and began my 2D designs, and then I fell in love with web design, and learnt coding. During these 10 years, I learnt 3D design, Photoshop, Illustartor, InDesign, HTML/CSS, PHP/MySQL, JQuery, Joomla and WordPress theme development.
I have worked in Sparco Construction Clinic as an interior designer in Shiraz, my home town for almost two years. I was design and advertising manger for Bazargostaran Sepanta Sepehr publishing Mehre Rakhshan advertising magazine in Shiraz, for two years, after the magazine job didn’t go so well I became a freelance web designer cooperating with companies like Rayaneh Pardaz and Digarsu co. for three years, before I had to leave all these to serve my due (sarbazi). Right before that I managed to finish my first theme for themeforest.net an international marketplace for web designers. It is still hosted in their marketplace, though I never had the time support it or code new themes for the marketplace, it was a huge step for me in my job.
At that time I was working as HDesigns and HDesigns+, but there was so many similar names, so I decided to change it to CapitalH.
After I finished serving my due (sarbazi) I worked as a freelance site manager for BimehMarketing which was a huge web site dealing with lots of SEO chalenges but I had to find a full time job, and of course couldn’t find anything related to web design. I am currently working for Jondishapour co. as the DCC manager in their construction site in Sarakhs, North East of Khorasan. I don’t like my job because it is something related to gas storage which I don’t know anything about.
Oh, and by the way, I am majored in English Literature from Persian Gulf university in Boushehr city.
